1. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION
In accordance with Art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 (Privacy Code), your personal data, provided to ANTHÉS Srl when entering into commercial relationships, is processed by ANTHÉS Srl electronically and/or manually, for the following purposes: a) Legal fulfillments related to civil, fiscal, accounting rules; administrative management of the relationship; b) Technical support and technical information on the products and services you purchased; verification of user satisfaction.

ANTHÉS Srl specifies that the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point a) and b) is mandatory and essential for the correct execution of orders and contracts.

You are entitled to exercise the rights indicated in Art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03.

To exercise the rights provided by Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, you must address a written request to the Processor. Your registration to anthes.srl implies acceptance of the obligation to provide true and accurate personal data.
To register on ANTHÉS Srl’s website (skopre.com) you must have attained the age of majority.

The absence of the requested personal data implies the automatic cancellation of the order.
The communication of false information or information that does not correspond to the truth is contrary to these General Terms of Use. ANTHÉS Srl specifies that the personal data provided by its customers will not be used for the purposes of sales information or for sending advertising material or for completing market research or interactive sales communication, except subject to the prior expression of consent by the Customer.

2. DELIVERIES AND SHIPMENTS
The product will be delivered to the address indicated in the order confirmation.
The delivery times shown on the website are generic and depend on the products chosen and they may be modified at any time and are not deemed to be binding in any way for ANTHÉS Srl.

3. PAYMENTS
Order payments may be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Online payment by credit card is protected by a very effective data encryption system used by PayPal and in no case will ANTHÉS Srl enter into possession of your credit card details.

4. BILLING
The invoice will be sent by e-mail within the first working day of the month after the sale.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / SATISFACTION OR REFUND
ANTHÉS Srl recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by the existing regulation Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The useful term for invoking that right is 14 days within which the Customer is required to give Skopre communication of the same:
by recorded delivery letter with notice of receipt to the following address:

sending the recorded delivery letter in advance by e-mail to the address info@anthes.srl. Important. The letter requesting the withdrawal must indicate the details of a bank or postal account to credit back the amount due (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, IBAN, Account Holder).

To invoke the right of withdrawal:
1. the customer must express the desire to invoke the right of withdrawal in the methods described above
2. the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging
3. the good must be sent back together with the copy of the purchase document i.e. the invoice for the purchased product.
4. the product must be returned in the timescales and methods described above. The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.

The goods, once they have reached ANTHÉS Srl’s warehouse, will be examined to assess any damages or tampering not deriving from transportation.

After having checked the integrity of the goods, ANTHÉS will credit back to you the sum already paid by PayPal/bank transfer to the account you communicated to our Customer Service. The refund covers the sum paid excluding shipping costs and will be made within and not beyond 15 days from receipt of the goods. The only costs borne by the Customer are those relating to the return of the product.

If the Customer opts for the replacement of the product, it will bear the costs of the delivery of the new product.

In the event of an error on the part of the customer in the choice of an article or a size, ANTHÉS Srl assumes 

no responsibility other than evaluating any replacement that can be made possible only in the terms that ANTHÉS Srl will grant,
and the shipping costs for the return of the incorrect item and the sending of the correct one will be totally charged to the Customer.


It is understood that if the product is removed from the packaging and tested by the customer it can be returned only if it is found to 
be defective or not working, in which case the replacement or return for repair can only take place after a verification by ANTHÉS Srl 
of the defects or failure to function (verification that can be carried out in conference call or by returning the product to ANTHÉS Srl). 

The refund of the price paid (net of shipping costs) can only take place if the product has not been removed from the packaging
and / or used even if only to try it.

6. GUARANTEE
All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 years (the date shown on the invoice is relied upon as the start date). To use the guarantee of a purchased product, contact the manufacturer’s Customer Service. The delivery of the returned product is paid for by the Customer.
The delivery of the material to be replaced under guarantee is at ANTHÉS Srl’ cost.

7. USE OF SERVICES
Upon registering, the user must provide name, surname, tax code (mandatory only for Italian customers), full postal address and e-mail address.
Users are required to provide only true and correct personal information.

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION
All photographs on the website illustrating the products do not fall within the contractual scope and may not therefore be a source of any commitment by ANTHÉS Srl. The information contained in the technical data sheets and in the product descriptions is communicated to ANTHÉS Srl by the manufacturers. ANTHÉS Srl thus declines any liability as to the truthfulness of their content.

9. APPLICABLE LAW
All contracts signed with ANTHÉS Srl are subject to the Italian Law. For any dispute the Court of Genova (GE) – ITALY will have jurisdiction.
