SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

Shipping costs are calculated at fixed rates with respect to two macro-areas: Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, and the other regions. A supplement must be paid for the smaller islands and remote locations, along with the historic centres.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD – OUTSIDE ITALY

Shipping costs are calculated at fixed rates with respect to the countries and area of delivery.

COSTS

Contribution to shipping costs is calculated based upon the destination region and the weight or volume.
Servizio Poste Italiane or MBE courier are used. ANTHÉS Srl may modifiy the way of shipping in contingent situations (ex. carriers' strike or carriers' or Servizio Poste Italiane territorial coverage, with no modification of the sum already paid by the customer).

All Italy 0-3 kg contribution to shipping costs of Euros 9.70, above 3 kg contribution to shipping costs of Euros 12.00.

Europe 0-3 kg contribution to shipping costs of Euros 9.70 via Servizio Postale Italiano with delivery time average 7-8 business days; or via courier MBE contribution to shipping costs of Euros 14.50 with delivery time average 3-4 business days; above 3 kg contribution to shipping costs of Euros 12.00.

Europe above 3 kg contribution to shipping costs of Euros 14.50.

Extra Europe contribution to shipping costs of Euros 24.50

METHODS

SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS

During the purchase process, you may enter a different address from that indicated in your personal details so as to have a different shipping and billing address.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

The tracking link will be sent to you by e-mail. This will enable you to follow the shipping status and find out the scheduled delivery date.

STREET LEVEL DELIVERY

Note that the delivery is made at street level. The recipient must therefore organize receipt of the goods and the respective transfer to the destination premises. The delivery cannot be made to a specific floor or on appointment. If you have specific requirements, contact us before purchasing.

If nobody authorized to collect the goods is present (purchaser, relative, trusted person, doorman), the same may not be delivered and any storage costs will be charged to the purchaser.

TIMESCALES

ORDER MANAGEMENT

ANTHÉS Srl guarantees the shipment within 2 business days from receiving payment of the order. In holiday periods (August and in the Christmas period), it may take longer to process the order.

ESTIMATE OF SHIPPING TIMES

Shipment is made approximately within 2 business days from the payment of the order. Orders made with advance payment by PayPal or credit card are delivered quicker. Orders with postponed payment via bank transfer are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation and shipment will be made when payment is received.
